DBM manufactures and supplies bronze bushings, bronze bar stock, and custom machined bronze components. Our offerings include:

  • Standard-sized bronze bushings (sleeve, flanged, thrust washers)
  • Bronze bar and plate stock in various alloys
  • Custom machined bronze components to customer specifications

Quotes and Pricing

  • All quotes are estimates and subject to final confirmation
  • Quotes are valid for the same business day only due to raw material price fluctuations
  • Pricing may vary based on material costs, quantities, and specifications
  • Custom machining quotes require review of customer drawings or specifications
  • Final pricing is confirmed at time of order acceptance

Orders and Payment

  • Orders are subject to acceptance by DBM
  • Payment terms are established at time of order and may require credit approval for new customers
  • Standard payment terms are Net 30 for approved accounts
  • We reserve the right to require prepayment or alternative payment arrangements
  • Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless specified

Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping dates are estimates and not guaranteed
  • Risk of loss passes to buyer upon delivery to carrier
  • Buyer is responsible for inspecting shipments upon receipt
  • Claims for shipping damage must be filed with the carrier
  • DBM can coordinate freight arrangements upon request

Product Specifications

  • Standard products conform to published specifications
  • Custom products are manufactured to customer-provided drawings and specifications
  • DBM guarantees parts delivered will match your print exactly ("spec conformance guarantee")
  • Customers are responsible for verifying specifications are appropriate for their application
  • Technical information provided is for reference only; customers should verify suitability for specific applications

Returns and Warranty

  • Standard products may be returned within 30 days if unused and in original condition
  • Custom machined products are non-returnable unless they fail to meet agreed specifications
  • Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with documentation
  • Our liability is limited to replacement of non-conforming products or refund of purchase price
  • We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

  • DBM's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the products at issue
  • DBM is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
  • DBM is not liable for damages arising from improper use, installation, or maintenance of products
  • Customer assumes all risk for product selection and application suitability
